We do our best to ship the next day. All items are in stock and ready to be shipped fast. However, depending on order amount, in rare cases the shipping can take longer. 
You will get a notification when the order is ready

When your order is shipped, you will get an email with a tracking number and from the moment it is registered by shipping company, you will be able to track. 

Currently we offer only a standard shipping. For an express delivery you have to state it in the order and we will get back to you with a new invoice and shipping details. 

Currently we deliver in Europe, USA and Kenya.

Within Switzerland we ship without the signing option. If you wish so, please add a note when ordering. 

International shipments will always be signed. 

Currently we can only accept returns from Switzerland. All other countries are excluded from exchange or return. 

Items must be in the same condition as when you receive. Damaged or stained items will be not be refunded.

If you need to make an exchange or return, please use the original packaging it arrived in. If you use different packaging, please try to use a box, which helps protect the delicate features of our products. If you’re not able to ship your exchange or return in a box, please do not fold, smash or twist the product into a mailer.

Currently we cannot exchange or take returns from international orders. 

Items in good conditions will be cleaned and put back in stock or we donate it!
